By completing the 双重登记 AUTHORIZATION Form, you are approving your student to take 双重登记 courses with Los Medanos College. You will only submit this form once and it is valid for your student's high school years.

To avoid technical issues, we recommend parent/guardians use a different device or different browser from 澳门威尼斯人网上赌场 their student is using. (i.e. use your 电话/tablet if your student uses the home computer and/or use Chrome if your student is using Internet Explorer)

- Once the form is submitted by your student, it will be routed to the HS counselor for approval & then to you at the email address that your student entered for you.

- When you receive the 1st email from "[email protected], you will follow the instructions to create a LMC electronic signature account. Take note of the Username & Password you create, as you will need it in Step 3.
