The 设施 Maintenance Department will evaluate, prioritize, and schedule building and grounds maintenance work requests using the following criteria:

1. 安全及保安： includes responding to immediate threats to safety or security such as code violations, lights outs, trip hazards, water leaks, etc.
2. 学生/教职员基本职能： includes those requests essential to meet the programmatic of instructional and support activities such as building equipment repair, heating and cooling repair, reasonable needs and function accommodations for ADA, etc.
3. 保护资源及资产： includes preventive building maintenance, re-cycling, performance improvements of building equipment and utilities distribution (water, electricity, gas), etc.
4. 学生/教职员增强功能： includes projects 澳门威尼斯人网上赌场 improve or enhance the existing work place for improved operational efficiency such as rearranging or adding office partitioning and furniture, mounting racks and shelves, etc.
5. 外观/标识: includes projects such as improved interior or exterior signage, interior or exterior painting, carpet replacement, hanging pictures, etc.
