• For new courses or changes to existing courses to be taught in Fall 2026, Spring 2027 and Summer 2027.
• Changes to programs or approval of new programs should be completed by this time to be included in the catalog. Approval for new and revised programs will need Chancellor’s Office approval prior to inclusion in the catalog.
