At the regularly scheduled meeting on March 2016, the Shared 治理 Council (SGC) approved the 2020-2021 charges for the 想法 Committee:

• Reviewing 机构的语言 with an equity lens.
• 识别校园多样性问题 and expanding student awareness and understanding of the value of being a part of a diverse college community. Strategies and methods include campus-wide surveys, focus groups and a response team to address current social justice events.
• 倡导LMC项目资源的公平分配。

• 股本Mini-Grants: Developing a process for applying and administering this particular funding from the Student Equity Plan.
• 机构语言: Examining various LMC documents and policies with an eye toward language that is inclusive and promotes diversity.
• 想法支持分析： Identify and prioritize the needs of the 想法 committee to ensure that it is adequately supported to be successful in its mission.
