匹兹堡市。 – Los Medanos College (LMC) is pleased to join the Contra Costa County 澳门威尼斯人网上赌场 and Richmond Public 澳门威尼斯人网上赌场 in welcoming author Percival Everett for a discussion on his novel, James, winner of the Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award for fiction. The author will visit Los Medanos College at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, in the Student Union, 2700 E. Leland Road.

“This is an incredible opportunity for our community to hear directly from the Pulitzer Prize-winning author,” said Kim Wentworth, LMC Librarian. “The experience will deepen our engagement with the text and prompt thoughtful conversation.”

The Contra Costa County 澳门威尼斯人网上赌场 selected LMC as the host location for its annual Read Contra Costa program. The event is funded by the Contra Costa County 澳门威尼斯人网上赌场, Los Medanos College, and the Richmond Public 澳门威尼斯人网上赌场.
