项目评审目的

程序 review is a regular, evidence-based process colleges use to evaluate and improve academic programs and student services. Required by accreditation standards, it ensures quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.​

Through program review, departments analyze data, reflect on outcomes, and align goals with the college’s mission and planning efforts. This process demonstrates a commitment to student success and institutional excellence.​ ​The purpose of program review is to systematically assess and improve academic programs. 项目审查的主要目标包括：

  • 确定调整: 认识到必要的变化以提高程序质量。
  • 设定未来目标： 制定具体的、可衡量的、可实现的、相关的和有时间限制的目标。
  • 参与反思： Collecting and reviewing data to inform improvements and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
  • 与机构优先事项保持一致： Align program review goals with the Student Equity Plan, the Educational Strategic Plan and ACCJC Standards​.

Checkpoint: Midpoint Work Session

 Hands-on session to refine drafts, Review progress on initial data analysis and narrative drafts, align with accreditation standards, and address emerging questions. 问答环节
