学生成功小组委员会

目的

The 风场 Committee is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment and systems for students. The 风场 will focus on implementing the student success team model, approved by SGC in Spring 2023, with an eye on disproportionately impacted populations as noted in our Student Equity and Achievement Plan, first-year students, and online learners while including continuous clarification of a student's academic path. The group will focus its work on the initial interventions and milestones implemented by the Student Success Team through a Guided Pathways framework and explore potential integration with other initiatives including the Black Student Success Initiative.

• Continue to buildout the 风场 Model (reflect, revise, iterate, redesign) as needed to address the diverse needs of the LMC community.

• Establish a student success plan with milestones and targeted interventions for every phase of the student journey.

• Implement and integrate the use of Target X to monitor student progress and support student retention, persistence and success.

• Continue to enhance institutional effectiveness and strengthen collaboration college-wide through the Guided Pathways framework.

• Identify and utilize metrics and key performance indicators that are aligned with the college’s strategic directions and conducive to moving the needle on equitable student success outcomes.

• Enrollment Strategy and Planning (ESP) Collaboration: Align and coordinate efforts by meeting at the beginning and end of each semester, sharing meeting agenda and minutes throughout the semester to ensure mutual awareness, collaboration and integration of strategies that enhance enrollment, retention and overall student success.
